By accessing or using Agentive, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, which together with our Privacy Policy, govern the Company's relationship with you in relation to the Application. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our Application.

Where changes are material, we will provide you with reasonable notice prior to the changes becoming effective. The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Application or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Application.
In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Application; (iii) any content obtained from the Application; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
