GDPR Compliance

Agentive is not GDPR compliant. In order to become GDPR compliant with OpenAI you must submit a Business Associate Agreement. Although this may allow you to become GDPR compliant with OpenAI, Agentive does not support the proper encryption of our endpoints to ensure 100% GDPR compliance. Agentive's Transcripts features makes chat history publicly available to Agent builders, also violating GDPR security rules.

Requesting Deletion of Your Personal Data

If you wish cancel your Agentive account, you can do so from the Settings page. This will delete and wipe all your user and Agent data from Agentive.

Upon receiving your request we will process it within 72 hours, ensuring all personal data is removed from our Database, except where retention is necessary for legal or regulatory purposes.

Handling Payments

Unless otherwise specified, this Application processes any payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means via external payment service providers. In general and unless where otherwise stated, Users are requested to provide their payment details and personal information directly to such payment service providers. This Application isn't involved in the collection and processing of such information: instead, it will only receive a notification by the relevant payment service provider as to whether payment has been successfully completed.
